By accessing or using UGC Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

UGC Studio provides an AI-powered platform for user-generated content creation. The service includes:

• AI video creation and editing capabilities
• Access to AI creator personas and avatars
• Content generation tools and templates
• Video export and download functionality

3. Account Terms

To use UGC Studio, you must:

• Provide accurate account information
• Be responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us of any unauthorized account usage
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our subscription terms are as follows:

• Billing occurs monthly at $29/month
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time
• Due to AI usage costs, refunds are not available
• AI-generated content (videos and assets) are non-refundable once created
• Monthly video limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle

5. AI Content Generation

When using our AI content creation tools:

• You retain ownership of the final content you create
• AI models may learn from aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
• Generated content quality may vary based on input prompts
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

6. AI Creators and Assets

Regarding our AI creator library:

• AI creators are provided for use within videos created on our platform
• You may not extract or use AI creators outside of UGC Studio
• We reserve the right to modify or remove AI creators at any time
• Any custom AI avatars you create become part of our shared asset library

7. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

You retain full ownership of videos you create using our platform. However, you agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
• You have the right to publish and monetize your created content
• UGC Studio does not claim ownership of your final videos
• You may not redistribute our AI creators or templates separately

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice, make changes to the service at our discretion, and consider user feedback regarding discontinued features.

9. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Current subscription includes up to 20 videos per month. Commercial use is allowed. Account sharing is not permitted. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies to prevent abuse.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use UGC Studio to create content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or violates others' rights. This includes but is not limited to creating deepfakes of real people without consent.

11. Service Interruptions

In case of service interruptions, we may provide additional video credits as compensation for extended downtime. No monetary compensation is provided for service interruptions.

12. Intellectual Property

The UGC Studio name, logo, and platform are protected intellectual property. Users retain all rights to their created content, with the exception of AI assets which remain part of our platform library.

13. Data and Account Management

We store basic user information and created videos as described in our Privacy Policy. To delete your account, please contact us at hello@tryugc.studio.

14. Limitation of Liability

UGC Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or content quality issues.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
